It’s Homecoming Week, and that means this Friday is the Annual Friends of Brookens Library Book Sale. Swing by the lower level from 9 am – 3 pm to stock up on books & movies. Prices start at only $0.50 so be sure to get there early.
Donations: If you have books, DVDs, or audio books that you were thinking of weeding from your collection before the end of the year, please consider donating them to Friends of Brookens Library. Your generous donations support the Library collection and the Friends of Brookens Library book sale. Books that are duplicates of items in our collection or that do not sell within two years are donated to Better World Books, a non-profit organization that supports literacy in underdeveloped countries.
Donations may be dropped off at the Library Administration Office 9-5 Monday-Friday, or at the front desk during other operating hours. Please let us know if you would like a gift transmittal form.
